Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the footwear securely in its original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
